Tempura Sweet Potato

1) Deskin and cut sweet potato into slices.
2) Prepare batter.
3) Dip sweet potato slices in batter and deep fry.
4) Use Japanese Mayo as a dip.

Heavenly I tell ya, absolutely yummilious!!!!
No photos of the end product, its gone once outta the fryer...
