Having to minimize upload time is tough considering I had to pick out the better photos outta the 830MB lot. Like a mad woman battling the crowd attending the convo today, I'd lost sight of Germaine several times. Though not expressing much interest in toys, she's kind enough to accompany this lonely soul. My only regret today was not being able to obtain the autographs of Simone Legno and Shinichiro Katai, the queue was simply way too long, and Germaine's totally exhausted from the ordeal of having to fight through the swamp of attendees to even find an empty corner to stand still..... I din't manage to get the event passport either to get the freebies,.... sigh.

I Love Toys, so Does Cow
Something totally random, its only now that I've realised how much in common I'm with The Cow, our love for toys. He's agnoizing over the fact that he's missing out on the Toys & Comics Convention held this weekend in London. While I on the other hand has yet to find a confirmed date to for the one held at home at the Expo Center. Fingers crossed Salsa won't bail on me,.... Salsa,...... loads of cute stuff at the fair!!!!!!! LOL.
Yup, I'm speaking Whale again (Password holders only)

Threading
Face Threading : $5 each
Pain : Enormous
Sparkling Face : Priceless
Nothing much went on today, just girly stuff, shopping and eating. LOL though did bagged some bargains which made me grin like a Cheshire cat. My NDS is acting up, found cheap consoles, if it can't be repaired might have to burn a lil hole getting a new set.
Finally managed to find a copy of Taiko that works on my console, Pea and I had been pretty busy getting hooked on the game. *Yawn* Really, nothing much this week. But I beg to defer in Moo's case, he's been busy entertaining his mum,... bless the poor cow.

Oh and did I mention that Pea's my laughing pill? PMSL at wee hours she's entertaining me with her pen spinning stun. She's got a reaction delay syndrome,.... delayed normally by couple of seconds MUAHAHAHHAA.

Giraffe
Contacted fifteen other ex-classmates, and look what's happened? Reservation at Giraffe was made for ten, only five of us turned up. Right, Mel ya the next organiser,... my luck so far has never been good.
Despite the great location (all the roads leading to the restaurant was jam packed with traffic), and the nice ambiance (in the middle of Istana Park), the service was less than ideal. Lack of staff, constantly sending orders to the wrong table, water would only be complimentary when order piled up to at least $100, and with the main servicing staff made up of student look-e-like-e who lacks professionalism and work ethic.... they shouldn't really ask for service charges.
Anywho, we made the most outta it and had a pretty good catching up session.
And Mel, thanks for being the chauffeur of the night *hugs*.
Disclaimer: All the photos were taken using cameraphones and resized, well at least you can make out who's who.

Lego Time
Entering Ikea's like entering a gigantic toy store, our bedroom at home is literally 'sponsored' by them, down from the smallest items like curtains, cushions and lamp to the bigger ones like cupboard, computer desk and beds.
Putting the pieces together is so much fun, like I always say, Ikea furnitures are a big kid's lego set. Yup, this time two pieces more to our collection, two cupboards with three large drawers. With that space, Pea's still having a hard time squeezing her clothes in, T-shirts alone took up one drawer for her. No kidding, I've counted,... she's got 66 of them in total!!!!!!
