Kept under the Thumb

This time round we've swapped roles, he's the one feeling anxious, while I'm totally chilled out. The moment of truth has been pushed back till tomorrow. He's hopeful, whereas for me on the other hand wouldn't, with expectation, if all fails, would only bring disappointment.

Moving on
, during a recent conversation Moo had with Her Evilness revealed that she was diagnosed with pre-cancer symptoms. As told, her doctor advised that she had to attend follow up therapy, *scratch head* therapy for cancer? Nevermind that, she was also told at the end of her last speech therapy session that her phonological disorder had not improved abit, therefore popped another five onto her 'busy' schedule.

Sorry if I lack sympathy when news about her deteriorating health reached us, outta all respect for her, she did in fact raised her son up to be a fine young man, and being a single parent isn't easy at all. Yes, this is the point when the BUT comes in. Raising a kid is one thing, being over domineering is another. For over twenty-five years, she had taken full control of his bank account, arranged jobs for him which starts as early as four in the morning, even on Christmas eves and day.

It's plain manipulation! He ate only what she cooked, do what he was told, having next to no friends to hang out with. And did I mentioned she's evil as well? Knowing that all the money he'd earned goes straight into their joint account, she frequently brought up the subject of deleting his name from her 'will' when she threw tantrum, and occasionally tried to injure herself and threatened to push the blame to him. *sigh* End of the day, she's still his mum, the best I could do was to be a hypocrite when she's around and show her with concerns. Deep down, I just don't give a hack.
