Another stay in Saturday, waking up too late to head down town. Not wanting to waste the day off, we've decided to continue with our home improvement project. As Cow spend some alone time with his sex-box, I slaved along with the task of hoovering and mopping. The warm weather caused my arms to rash and naturally I became really grouchy.
After a quick shower its Cow's turn to take over while I put my legs up. He's installing netting at the bottom of our gate to stop Yumi's toys from fleeing outta the porch area and onto the road, as well as preventing rubbish swept in during windy days.

Cow then moved on to a bit of green fingers, potting the packs of seeds we bought weeks ago. Hopefully the dill, mint, parsley and other herbs would sprout soon.
Just as my shutters clicked on the last photo, I looked up to find the night sky lit up by colourful lights. Apparently there's a wedding banquet down the road and hence the fireworks. Guess I was at the right place at the right time. As I was busy snapping Cow let out a shriek, well my eyes hardly left the viewfinder to entertain him till the firework ended.
Turned around to see him hopping on one leg, the bangs from the firework startled our poor dog who fled and pee as she ran madly around the porch and living room (I was oblivious to all the commotion). Cow only realised when she ran passed him and 'sprinkled' some pee on his feet.
Sigh, more mopping for me. The canine escaped unpunished, instead she got treats not as a reward but more to calm her nerves.
