Greetings from the Pharaohs

I was really looking forward to the "Treasure of Ancient Egypt" exhibition which is currently being held at the 'desert' museum. Paid USD15 each at the entrance and this lil bunny happily hopped into the hall. I took out my camera phone and snapped my first picture, when this bloke came up to me and "psst, sorry miss, no photos, please delete it off." I nodded, turned around and press a few buttons, lol yah rite, I'm REALLY gotta delete it. He bought it anyway *grin*.

My excitement was soon contained when I realised there were absolutely no description given to any of the exhibits shown, the only information the lazy buggers gave were the name of the items (some of which sounds so foreign to us), the material its made of (yah that doesn't help when we don't even know what its used for) , time frame and location its found. Utterly disappointed.

The only thing which impressed me was how much the ancients loved their pets, saw this pet casket which was beautifully crafted for one of the Pharaoh's kitty. And yes, I was wasn't suppose to have this photo, but I've gotta get something back from the money we paid.
